Accommodation rates are shown per apartment, night or month and prices are in euros.

Handing over keys / Occupation and restitution
The apartments will be occupied from 13:00 pm and then, on the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated by 11:00 am.
Rental inventory
An inventory will be made between owner and tenant on your arrival and departure.
Bail
For monthly rentals, one month’s rent will be required as a deposit. This amount will be returned to you on the day of your departure.
Cancellation
Payment of all cancellation fees and bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
– Before 31 days: cancellation free of charge.
– From 30 to 8 days before arrival: payment of 50% of the amount of the reservation.
– From 7 days before arrival: payment of 100% of the reservation.
Insurance
We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover unexpected events.
Pets
Pets are accepted in the establishment (subject to weight).
Smoking
Smokers are accepted. It is however preferable to smoke in ventilated spaces such as terraces and gardens.
